Program Analyst

What you will do

• Provide project management and operational support to Senior Directors and Vice President in Provider Networks Operations.
• Manage cross-functional projects to consolidate and automate payment workflows across Provider Networks.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop, document, and maintain memos, newsletters, and SOPs to standardize payment program processes.
• Serve as the administrator and facilitator for technical workgroups.
• Track and monitor program deliverables, action items, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP or LEAN certification is a plus.

Nice to have

• Ability to develop and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships across diverse teams and regions.
• Demonstrated project management expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and presentation using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Results-oriented mindset with proven success managing complex projects to completion.
