What you will do

• Partner with HR and business leaders to manage performance management cases from start to resolution, including coaching and supporting termination decisions
• Guide leaders through employee relations issues such as conduct concerns, policy violations, and complaints
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations, including documentation and stakeholder interviews
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all employee relations actions
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Payroll, and IT for compliant off-boarding processes
• Contribute to process improvements and deliver training on people relations best practices

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 5+ years experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or People Relations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and discretion skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, global remote environment

• Project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with employees and contractors
• Familiarity with HRIS and HR-related software systems
