TL;DR

People Partner (Employee Relations) (Hrtech): Supporting the management and development of fast-growing teams with an accent on resolving employee relations issues and conducting internal investigations. Focus on offering risk analysis, best-practice guidelines, and mentorship to HR team members.

Location: Remote: Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain

Salary: PLN14,300 - PLN16,900 gross monthly (Poland), €4,200 - €4,700 gross monthly (Lithuania). Compensation for other locations will be discussed during the interview process.

What you will do

  • Advise and support HR Partners with resolution of employee relations issues, career counselling, management coaching, and internal investigations into allegations of misconduct.
  • Assist in prioritizing employee-related issues and plans for improvements, reviewing and recommending revisions to policies and programs.
  • Facilitate ongoing performance management process on complex cases.
  • Advise on complex ER cases, offering risk analysis and best-practice guidelines.
  • Provide employee relations direction, mentorship, and frameworks to HR team members, ensuring the fair treatment of employees.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in employee relations.
  • A human resources or legal qualification (preferably in employment law).
  • In-house ER experience with knowledge of multiple regional, country, and local regulatory requirements related to areas of direct functional responsibility.
  • Experience setting ER processes and leading KPI-driven teams.
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
