What you will do

• Partner with HR leadership to plan and facilitate performance cycles, manager development, and employee engagement.
• Align people strategy with business goals to support Sales, Customer Solutions, and Finance organizations.
• Influence organizational design, team health, and leadership effectiveness.
• Drive impactful people programs including coaching, talent planning, and rewards.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to anticipate people risks and recommend interventions.
• Improve HR processes by automating manual tasks and adopting intelligent HR tools and dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Redwood City, CA with no relocation offered.
• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, preferably in tech, AI, or fast-paced global companies.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams in high-speed environments.
• Fluency in core HR capabilities: performance management, coaching, engagement, and talent planning.
• Comfortable using data, analytics, and AI-powered HR tools (e.g., Workday analytics, HRIS).
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday.
• Conversational Spanish fluency.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
