What you will do
- Partner with Academy leadership and client stakeholders to translate business goals into people strategies that drive engagement, retention, and performance.
- Shape the Associate experience across onboarding, deployment, development, and progression to ensure support and success.
- Lead complex employee relations cases with professionalism and sound judgement.
- Coach managers to address people challenges early, protecting employee experience and commercial outcomes.
- Design and deliver engagement initiatives to strengthen connection, inclusion, and belonging.
- Work proactively to address retention, attendance, and performance challenges.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work hybrid from London office
- Experience as a Senior People Partner or People Lead in fast-paced environments.
- Strong track record managing complex employee relations cases.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
- Exposure to apprenticeship, training, or train-and-deploy business models.
