What you will do

• Partner with Academy leadership and client stakeholders to translate business goals into people strategies that drive engagement, retention, and performance.
• Shape the Associate experience across onboarding, deployment, development, and progression to ensure support and success.
• Lead complex employee relations cases with professionalism and sound judgement.
• Coach managers to address people challenges early, protecting employee experience and commercial outcomes.
• Design and deliver engagement initiatives to strengthen connection, inclusion, and belonging.
• Work proactively to address retention, attendance, and performance challenges.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work hybrid from London office
• Experience as a Senior People Partner or People Lead in fast-paced environments.
• Strong track record managing complex employee relations cases.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
• Exposure to apprenticeship, training, or train-and-deploy business models.
