Location: Remote within the United States only

Salary: $156,000 - $184,000

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted consultant and coach to senior leaders and managers in People, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Be the primary contact for all people-related matters for global team members at all levels.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, change management, workforce planning, and career development.
  • Analyze data to deliver insights and recommendations supporting business outcomes.
  • Manage execution of critical People programs such as performance reviews and compensation planning.

Requirements

  • Must have 6+ years experience as a People Business Partner supporting leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience supporting G&A teams is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation abilities.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
  • Open to responsibly using AI to enhance work efficiency and impact.
