Salary: $129,000 – $177,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and implement programs to strengthen performance, leadership, and organizational engagement.
• Deliver scalable training and coaching to managers to drive feedback and team growth.
• Partner with leadership to develop career leveling and progression paths.
• Manage sensitive employee relations, interpersonal conflicts, and involuntary exit processes.
• Operationalize feedback loops using stay and exit interview data to drive retention initiatives.
• Support succession planning and bench strength development during rapid company growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in People Partnership roles with at least 4+ years in a fast-paced startup.
• Must be authorized to work and based in the United States.
• Proven ability to manage through ambiguity and prioritize multiple complex projects.
• Strong coaching, judgment, and communication skills for navigating sensitive situations.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and Google Workspace platforms.
• Working knowledge of US employment laws and compliance.
