Location: Hybrid, Vancouver, BC, Canada. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Option to work from home on Wednesdays; Fridays depend on work type.

What you will do
- Partner with People leaders on high-impact projects across Talent, Performance, Rewards, People Partners, and Employee Relations.
- Diagnose problems, identify patterns and risks, and evaluate options using analytics related to performance, engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
- Contribute analytics throughout the lifecycle of People projects, from early exploration through execution and follow-up.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leaders.
- Build dashboards, tools, or models that directly support decision-making processes.
- Improve data quality, consistency, and usability across People analytics functions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an analytics individual contributor, ideally in People, HR, or organizational analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect data.
- Ability to connect quantitative data to real organizational challenges and decisions.
- Experience using SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and survey data.
- Clear communication skills to explain insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project orientation and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
