What you will do

• Lead, configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM setup, including core configuration and business process frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Own and manage reporting, calculated fields, and security configurations.
• Own documentation and knowledge sharing to strengthen team resiliency.
• Gain opportunities to work across other Workday domains and internal tools.
• Stay informed on new Workday releases and people technology trends.

Requirements

• 4 – 6 years of hands-on Workday experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on HCM configuration and reporting.
• Solid understanding of HCM fundamentals.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields.
• Working knowledge of Workday Security.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting additional Workday modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent).
• Knowledge of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio).
• Familiarity with HCM rollouts, testing frameworks, release management, or regression testing.
• Experience working in an international or fast-paced environment.
• Workday certification(s) in HCM or any other modules.
• Interest in expanding knowledge beyond Workday into other people technology platforms and tools.
