People Services Advisor (HR): Supporting People Services operations by using problem-solving, customer service, and data entry skills to keep hirify.global’s people data clean, accurate, and compliant. Focus on troubleshooting data issues, strengthening governance, and leveraging insights to drive optimizations through self-service and AI.

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: USD $68,200.00 - USD $181,000.00 /Yr

What you will do

  • Manage the day-to-day service queue by prioritizing requests and providing excellent customer support.
  • Partner with HR program owners and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a high-touch service experience.
  • Support and improve end-to-end employee and candidate data changes across HR and Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies across systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation and operational insights that inform optimization and automated workflows.
  • Participate in the implementation of new policies, processes, and AI-driven solutions to optimize HR workflows and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years work experience in human resources, operations, customer support, or related field OR Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field AND 2+ years work experience in human resources, operations, customer support, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience using Workday (HRIS).
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Located in Pacific Time Zone (PT).
  • Prior experience working in a centralized, global People Services Team.
  • Experience using Microsoft tools, with demonstrated Excel proficiency.
  • Experience working with Zendesk or comparable customer support platforms.
  • Demonstrate a curiosity for emerging technologies, with a passion for learning and applying AI.
