What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day service queue by prioritizing requests and providing excellent customer support.
- Partner with HR program owners and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a high-touch service experience.
- Support and improve end-to-end employee and candidate data changes across HR and Talent Acquisition systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies across systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation and operational insights that inform optimization and automated workflows.
- Participate in the implementation of new policies, processes, and AI-driven solutions to optimize HR workflows and employee experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years work experience in human resources, operations, customer support, or related field OR Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field AND 2+ years work experience in human resources, operations, customer support, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Prior experience using Workday (HRIS).
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Located in Pacific Time Zone (PT).
- Prior experience working in a centralized, global People Services Team.
- Experience using Microsoft tools, with demonstrated Excel proficiency.
- Experience working with Zendesk or comparable customer support platforms.
- Demonstrate a curiosity for emerging technologies, with a passion for learning and applying AI.
