What you will do
- Recruit and onboard strategic channel partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth through “Sell With” and “Sell Through” strategies.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and document partner activities in Salesforce.
- Plan and participate in joint marketing initiatives including events and webinars.
- Lead enablement and training programs for partner sales and services teams.
- Support sales efforts by attending customer meetings with partner representatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany.
- Over 10 years of channel sales experience in cybersecurity and IAM partners.
- Proven success in building and monetizing reseller partnerships.
- Experience managing quotas tied to partner-influenced revenue.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of exceeding channel sales targets and driving revenue growth.
