Partner Manager (DACH): Drive growth by managing and enabling referral partners and digital consultancies in the DACH region with an accent on partner sales strategy, pipeline growth, and relationship building. Location: Hybrid work with office presence in Germany (Berlin, Chemnitz, Cologne, Dresden, Leipzig, Munich) or remote within Germany only

What you will do
- Develop and execute the DACH partner sales plan aligned with regional goals
- Build and grow a healthy partner pipeline through proactive engagement and joint opportunity planning
- Co-sell with partners and support positioning hirify.global to prospective clients
- Act as main contact for referral and consultancy partners in the DACH region
- Monitor partner performance and report on contribution to sales and growth targets
- Organize co-marketing activities and partner enablement programs
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or B2B sales
- Proven ability to meet/exceed revenue or pipeline goals in partner-facing roles
- Business fluent in German and English
- Must be located in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
- Comfortable with hybrid work and 25% travel within region plus quarterly HQ visits
- Experience with enterprise customers (5,000+ users)
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM or sales tools such as Salesforce
