What you will do
- Develop and execute the DACH partner sales plan aligned with regional goals
- Build and grow a healthy partner pipeline through proactive engagement and joint opportunity planning
- Co-sell with partners and support positioning hirify.global to prospective clients
- Act as main contact for referral and consultancy partners in the DACH region
- Monitor partner performance and report on sales and growth targets
- Organize co-marketing activities and partner enablement programs
Requirements
- Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
- 3+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales
- Business fluent in German and English
- Experience with enterprise customers (5,000+ users)
- Comfortable with hybrid work and 25% travel within region plus quarterly HQ visits
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
