Senior Manager Corporate Sales (SaaS): Leading and scaling a team of Corporate Account Executives to drive enterprise sales growth and exceed revenue targets with an accent on managing mid-market enterprise accounts and sales cycle navigation. Focus on coaching sales fundamentals, forecasting accuracy, and building strategic customer relationships in a technical SaaS environment.

Location: Must be based in the greater Los Angeles area, United States with remote work and occasional travel.

Salary: $280,000–$300,000 OTE plus equity package.

What you will do

  • Scale, manage, and mentor a team of Corporate Account Executives to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive business growth with new and existing enterprise accounts, ensuring pipeline management and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach team members on territory planning, prospecting, forecasting, negotiation, and closing strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Development teams.
  • Communicate and escalate issues related to billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the greater Los Angeles area, United States.
  • 3+ years of experience leading high-growth SaaS sales teams in hybrid inside/field sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and forecast frameworks such as MEDDIC, Sandler, and Miller Heiman.
  • Exceptional communication skills including presenting to senior leadership and C-suite.
  • Ability to coach and develop sales fundamentals and navigate large enterprise organizations.
