- Enhance employer branding within the AI and startup ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep focus on GTM hiring.
- Experience recruiting for high-growth startups (Series A–C strongly preferred).
- Proven track record hiring quota-carrying sales reps and GTM leaders.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive talent.
- Comfort partnering directly with executives and influencing hiring decisions.
- Data-driven mindset and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in AI, ML, or technical SaaS environments.
- Prior in-house startup experience scaling from 50 → 150+ employees.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tech stacks.
