What you will do
- Build and lead a world-class, diverse sales team including Sales Managers and Account Executives.
- Own sales results by attaining quota, forecasting accurately, and driving sales performance.
- Grow the Enterprise segment pipeline and revenue through strategic sales processes and deal qualification.
- Drive partnership motions with agencies and consulting partners to influence content management system evaluations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Become a thought leader advising CMOs and CTOs on marketing asset prioritization.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (BC & ON)
- 15+ years of sales experience with 6+ years in sales leadership and 4+ years in second-line management.
- Deep understanding of Product-Led Sales and Enterprise Sales methodologies.
- Experience building sales playbooks and driving data-driven sales decisions.
- Proven track record of recruiting and retaining diverse, high-performing sales talent.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly during periods of growth and change.
