TL;DR

Location: Remote-first within the United States and Canada (BC & ON)

Salary: $440,000 - $550,000 USD OTE (On Target Earnings)

What you will do

  • Build and lead a world-class, diverse sales team including Sales Managers and Account Executives.
  • Own sales results by attaining quota, forecasting accurately, and driving sales performance.
  • Grow the Enterprise segment pipeline and revenue through strategic sales processes and deal qualification.
  • Drive partnership motions with agencies and consulting partners to influence content management system evaluations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Become a thought leader advising CMOs and CTOs on marketing asset prioritization.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (BC & ON)
  • 15+ years of sales experience with 6+ years in sales leadership and 4+ years in second-line management.
  • Deep understanding of Product-Led Sales and Enterprise Sales methodologies.
  • Experience building sales playbooks and driving data-driven sales decisions.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and retaining diverse, high-performing sales talent.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly during periods of growth and change.
