TL;DR

Account Director Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Leading complex enterprise sales cycles and cross-functional deal teams to drive digital transformation and category creation in large organizations with an accent on MEDDPICC and Force Management frameworks. Focus on building deep C-Suite relationships, managing multi-stakeholder deals, and leveraging AI tools to enhance sales productivity.

Location: Dallas, TX / Austin, TX / Oklahoma City, OK, USA with remote work option within the US

Salary: $280,000–$320,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional deal teams including Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Legal, Product, and Executives to close complex enterprise contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across C-Suite, IT, and Lines of Business in large organizations (1500+ employees).
  • Drive value-based sales cycles focused on digital transformation and category creation.
  • Apply MEDDPICC and Force Management frameworks to ensure forecast accuracy and deal velocity.
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies to expand hirify.global’s footprint.
  • Generate a high-quality sales pipeline independently with a bias to act.

Requirements

  • Must have experience selling enterprise SaaS to organizations with 1500+ employees.
  • Proven use of MEDDPICC and/or Force Management in complex sales cycles.
  • Experience leading internal deal teams (SE, Legal, CS, Execs) for large contracts.
  • High proficiency and curiosity in using AI tools to improve sales efficiency.
  • Ability to independently generate pipeline without reliance on partners or inbound channels.

Nice to have

  • Experience in early or late-stage startups navigating ambiguity.
  • History of selling new-to-world technologies and defining markets.
  • Demonstrated grit and mentoring skills within sales teams.
