What you will do

• Embed AI and Data Governance standards into the hirify.global Data Platform ecosystem and development lifecycle.
• Translate regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, GDPR) into implementable technical and procedural standards.
• Design and position AI & Data Governance as a central, scalable discipline using a federated operating model.
• Establish and moderate a group-wide AI & Data Governance Working Group to ensure shared standards across domains.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT Security, and Compliance stakeholders to operationalize governance requirements.
• Build and lead the AI and Data governance team.

Requirements

• 7-12+ years of experience in AI governance, data governance, or risk management.
• Proven experience embedding governance into technical platforms or development lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, including generative AI and model lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated experience translating regulatory frameworks into operational standards.
• Ability to act as a translator between regulatory, technical, and business perspectives.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience operating in federated or data mesh environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem and Databricks.
• Knowledge of German.
