What you will do
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports in CRM systems like Salesforce
- Analyze sales pipeline health, bookings performance, and sales productivity
- Support CRM data hygiene, sales process documentation, and territory mapping
- Assist with sales compensation tracking, quota modeling, and annual planning
- Conduct market research and support cross-functional initiatives with Finance and Marketing
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Boston, MA, USA with hybrid work arrangement
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
