What you will do

• Co-own the Partner Systems roadmap with leadership and technology teams to scale infrastructure flexibly.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end Partner Lead-to-Order process to increase throughput and velocity.
• Scope and author detailed Salesforce business requirements and user stories.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and refine testing processes to reduce deployment risks.
• Translate leadership vision into actionable partner processes and run structured requirements workshops.
• Drive change management initiatives and track adoption KPIs using Tableau dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Chicago office with hybrid schedule
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Process Management and Program Management.
• Hands-on experience with Partner Portal and CRM integrations, especially Salesforce.
• Strong skills in authoring business requirements and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience in change management and performance metric tracking using Tableau.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and leverage AI tools and emerging technologies.
