What you will do
- Lead technical onboarding and integration for new merchants from kickoff through launch
- Configure platform solutions tailored to merchant technical and operational requirements
- Partner with Product Management to inform solution design and product roadmap
- Support existing merchants adopting new products and enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and manage escalations
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and work remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years experience in technical support, implementation, systems integration, or software development, preferably in payments or fintech
- Experience with web and mobile integrations including Rest APIs, HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, and authentication methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
