What you will do

• Lead product feature lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven, persona-first solutions.
• Leverage user research, analytics, and A/B testing to iterate and improve features.
• Identify and integrate AI-assisted tools to enhance merchant experience and internal automation.
• Engage with Customer Success teams to translate feedback into actionable product requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States to work remotely
• 4+ years of product management experience with successful B2B or consumer software products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong execution skills to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and product analytics platforms.
• Technical literacy in API integrations, cloud architecture, and software development lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or e-commerce, especially payment gateways and insurance-tech.
• Background in building dashboards or tools for SMB or Enterprise retailers.
• Experience managing developer-facing products or third-party API integrations.
