Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 depending on location.

What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams supporting high-value implementations and expansions.
• Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management to assess requirements and propose scalable ERP, HRIS, and API integration solutions.
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams to accelerate customer success.
• Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without direct coding.
• Contribute to internal documentation and tooling to scale support for integration use cases.
• Influence product roadmap by channeling customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US or Canada or able to work remotely from these locations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles in SaaS or fintech.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture, able to communicate technical concepts to finance and operations stakeholders.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
