What you will do

• Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews, including travel accommodations for non-local candidates
• Manage candidates in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants
• Collaborate with Talent Partners and People teams to optimize recruitment processes and reporting
• Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and contribute to process evolution

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid from Culver City, California, United States
• Experience in high-volume recruitment coordination
• Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and applicant tracking systems or CRMs
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver
