What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary, seasonal, and entry-level roles across multiple departments
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms to build pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting strategies
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, managing logistics and candidate communication
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and maintain accurate ATS records

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, United States
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in corporate or in-house settings
• Experience with high-volume hiring and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
