Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 + equity

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for the Forward Deployed Engineering team including sourcing and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools and strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate evaluation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Francisco, USA.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth in-house environments.
• Proven track record of hiring top 1% talent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse global teams.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments with a continuous improvement mindset.
