TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Coordinator: Coordinating and supporting recruiting activities to ensure a positive candidate experience with an accent on scheduling, communication, and administrative support. Focus on managing interview processes, collaborating with recruiting teams, and maintaining accurate candidate data.

Location: Portland, Oregon, USA; remote within the United States

Salary: $30 - $35 USD per hour (contract)

What you will do

  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications with hiring managers and recruiters
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Advise recruiters and hiring managers on best practices for candidate experience
  • Support recruitment events and talent branding initiatives
  • Assist with recruiting operations including offer audits and requisition approvals
  • Serve as a mentor or peer coach within the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years experience in customer service or recruiting coordination
  • Prior scheduling and calendar management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Location restricted to United States; visa sponsorship not available

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Mac OS, Greenhouse ATS, and Google Suite
  • Experience in customer-facing or HR roles
