What you will do

  • Lead full-lifecycle recruiting end-to-end across multiple technical job families and levels.
  • Facilitate intake conversations to align on success profiles, leveling, and interview plans.
  • Build and sustain strong candidate pipelines using multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain a disciplined, candidate-centered process ensuring timely feedback and strong documentation.
  • Design scalable recruiting systems including templates, playbooks, and scorecards.
  • Represent the company professionally to create a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Washington DC area with hybrid office attendance.
  • 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in technical functions including Engineering, Product, and Data/Analytics.
  • Proven track record of improving recruiting metrics and execution.
  • Strong sourcing expertise and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Operational discipline with structured workflows and ATS hygiene.
  • Clear communication and collaborative team orientation.
