What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build talent pools and meet client profiles
• Manage client relationships with timely and professional communication
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment processes
• Conduct role briefings and set expectations for recruitment delivery
• Follow agreed recruitment processes and use competency interviewing to assess candidates
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions to candidates

Requirements

• Must be located in the US Eastern Time zone; Boston area preferred for onsite visits
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with strong university/campus/early careers focus
• 3+ years of client-facing experience interacting with hiring managers
• 3+ years conducting competency/behavioral interviews and using applicant tracking systems
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies including Boolean searches
• High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
