What you will do
- Design and own a modern growth engine integrating paid, organic, product-led, and community channels into a cohesive pipeline.
- Develop creative campaigns targeting technical audiences with innovative content and interactive experiences.
- Run rapid, structured A/B experiments across the marketing funnel to optimize performance.
- Build intent-based, signal-driven pipeline programs leveraging product and third-party data.
- Collaborate with sales on sophisticated account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise and frontier lab accounts.
- Partner with marketing operations to develop analytics dashboards and attribution models for resource allocation.
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to scale programs efficiently and build cross-functional growth loops.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B technology, developer tools, or AI/ML.
- Proven track record of building scalable programs that drive pipeline and revenue beyond vanity metrics.
- Experience with signal-based, intent-driven, or product-led growth models beyond traditional MQL approaches.
- Strong data fluency with ability to build dashboards, run experiments, and make analytics-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, 6sense or Demandbase, Google Analytics, and Looker.
- Experience with account-based marketing targeting technical buyer personas.
- Creative instincts for developing authentic campaigns for developer and data science audiences.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
- Passion for AI and understanding or eagerness to learn AI/ML concepts including benchmarks and data-centric AI.
