Location: Hybrid in the United States with hubs in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago

Salary: $223,000 - $319,000 USD annually depending on location

What you will do

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels aligned with revenue goals.
  • Advance customer segmentation for ABM and inbound marketing approaches.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize messaging, attribution, and reporting.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns including digital advertising, social, email, and field marketing to drive pipeline growth.
  • Build performance dashboards, track KPIs, and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing team of 5-6 professionals, fostering growth and high performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or able to work hybrid from US hubs.
  • 12+ years of B2B demand generation and performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare analytics.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong data-driven marketing expertise with fluency in marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution skills.
