What you will do
- Develop and execute demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels aligned with revenue goals.
- Advance customer segmentation for ABM and inbound marketing approaches.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize messaging, attribution, and reporting.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns including digital advertising, social, email, and field marketing to drive pipeline growth.
- Build performance dashboards, track KPIs, and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor a marketing team of 5-6 professionals, fostering growth and high performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or able to work hybrid from US hubs.
- 12+ years of B2B demand generation and performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare analytics.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong data-driven marketing expertise with fluency in marketing automation and analytics platforms.
- Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution skills.
