What you will do
- Develop and execute demand generation strategy aligned with revenue goals across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize funnel and attribution.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns, channel performance, and lifecycle marketing to drive pipeline and retention.
- Build performance dashboards, track KPIs, and institute continuous testing to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Guide budget allocation and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of B2B demand generation and performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare analytics
- Builder mindset with ability to establish and scale marketing processes and systems
- Highly data-driven with expertise in marketing automation and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to evangelize and integrate AI-led marketing globally
- Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work within US time zones
