What you will do

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategy aligned with revenue goals across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to optimize funnel and attribution.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns, channel performance, and lifecycle marketing to drive pipeline and retention.
  • Build performance dashboards, track KPIs, and institute continuous testing to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Guide budget allocation and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years of B2B demand generation and performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare analytics
  • Builder mindset with ability to establish and scale marketing processes and systems
  • Highly data-driven with expertise in marketing automation and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to evangelize and integrate AI-led marketing globally
  • Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work within US time zones
