What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of paid marketing campaigns across channels like Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit.
• Set campaign objectives, target audiences, and manage budgets to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Deliver performance reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
• Manage purchase orders and invoice processes in compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Seattle, United States with hybrid work arrangement.
• 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, including at least 1 year in B2B software.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools like Excel, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics.
• Proven ability to communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience creating high-performing ad content in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
