What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (360 recruitment) from business development to candidate placement
• Develop new client relationships and identify business opportunities
• Work closely with international clients to understand hiring needs
• Create job ads and source candidates via headhunting, LinkedIn, and job boards
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
• Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate from the UK or Ireland
• Experience in 360 recruitment, preferably in an agency setting
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes
• Strong business development skills and client acquisition experience
• Experience working with KPIs, recruitment metrics, and targets
• Strong English communication skills
