TL;DR

Location: Barcelona, Spain, hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

  • Prospect new customers and sell hirify.global solutions focusing on business-to-business and global strategic accounts
  • Perform cross and upselling activities in strategic accounts
  • Grow pipeline and revenue across hirify.global’s digital transformation portfolio
  • Execute on marketing-qualified leads and prospect in existing and new accounts
  • Route qualified opportunities to sales executives and conduct outbound calls to generate meetings
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations teams

Requirements

  • Location: Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work model (3 days in office)
  • Fluency in English and French
  • 6 to 12 months experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles
  • Interest in new technologies and software market
  • Motivation for sales and business development challenges
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic multicultural environment and build business relationships over the phone
