What you will do
- Prospect new customers and sell hirify.global solutions focusing on business-to-business and global strategic accounts
- Perform cross and upselling activities in strategic accounts
- Grow pipeline and revenue across hirify.global’s digital transformation portfolio
- Execute on marketing-qualified leads and prospect in existing and new accounts
- Route qualified opportunities to sales executives and conduct outbound calls to generate meetings
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations teams
Requirements
- Location: Barcelona, Spain with hybrid work model (3 days in office)
- Fluency in English and French
- 6 to 12 months experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles
- Interest in new technologies and software market
- Motivation for sales and business development challenges
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic multicultural environment and build business relationships over the phone
