What you will do

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end Revenue Operations strategy to ensure GTM teams have the necessary tools, data, and structure.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes across the GTM lifecycle, including lead routing, opportunity management, and renewals.
  • Manage the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) to streamline workflows and improve automation.
  • Lead the Deal Desk process to ensure governance, pricing accuracy, and policy compliance.
  • Drive insight-led decision making through robust reporting and analytics using Looker and Salesforce.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and Legal to optimize revenue performance.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Revenue Operations and Commercial Strategy, ideally within a B2B SaaS scale-up environment.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce (Admin level or higher), including flows, reporting, and API integrations.
  • Technical proficiency in HubSpot, Notion, Apollo, and Salesloft.
  • Proven ability to lead forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial performance improvements.
  • Experience building dashboards and actionable insights using Looker, Salesforce, or Excel.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Juro, Zendesk, or Abacum.
  • Ability to write SQL.
  • Experience in a company with multi-product initiatives and an agile mindset.
