What you will do

• Develop operational solutions for dedicated accounts to reduce costs and improve efficiencies, including upselling.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements.
• Communicate with customer managers and report key performance indicators.
• Secure budget adherence and invoice approval.
• Manage price adjustments such as annual indexations.

Requirements

• Must be located in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and able to work remotely.
• Several years of experience in road transport or logistics with hands-on business experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with profit and loss responsibility.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and German languages.
• Independent, confident in prioritizing and decision-making.
