What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor and maintain executive-level client relationships, managing expectations and leading client engagements.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business priorities and track KPIs and service performance.
• Manage financial performance of accounts including retention, renewal, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate between clients and delivery teams to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational governance.
• Lead risk management, recovery strategies, and service improvement initiatives.
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States to work remotely.
• 2-4 years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience.
• Good understanding of IT Service Management and Project Management principles.
• Experience with SOC/Managed Security delivery and familiarity with related tools (e.g., SOAR, SIEM, EDR, MDR).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client escalation management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow and security tools like Elastic, Kibana, Swimlane Turbine, Palo Alto XSIAM.
