What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning product capabilities with business goals to drive value and adoption.
  • Maintain or increase a 90+% retention rate for the Contract product pillar.
  • Provide expert guidance on product configuration, usage, and best practices to optimize customer outcomes.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through consultative engagement and clear communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with ability to work hybrid in Boston or Houston.
  • At least 4 years experience with contract management products and Salesforce administration.
  • 3-5 years industry experience in revenue operations, legal ops, sales ops, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills to challenge and guide customers professionally.
  • Ability to build trust and foster long-term customer loyalty.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
