What you will do
- Lead and develop a sales team of 15–20 Account Executives and Team Leads, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth, managing complex deal cycles from discovery to close.
- Build and scale multi-product sales playbooks and methodologies.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue.
- Coach teams through complex sales execution and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales leadership.
- Experience in Spend Management, Fintech, or Payments selling to senior finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex buying cycles and multi-product sales environments.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Salesforce and sales analytics.
