What you will do

  • Lead and develop a sales team of 15–20 Account Executives and Team Leads, fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth, managing complex deal cycles from discovery to close.
  • Build and scale multi-product sales playbooks and methodologies.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce to ensure predictable revenue.
  • Coach teams through complex sales execution and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales leadership.
  • Experience in Spend Management, Fintech, or Payments selling to senior finance stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex buying cycles and multi-product sales environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Salesforce and sales analytics.
