What you will do

• Increase client awareness and generate opportunities for the MICE offering, focusing on large and legacy accounts globally
• Manage RFP processes from proposal to negotiation, including site inspections as appropriate
• Coordinate operational processes with cross-functional teams based on customer requirements
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email promptly
• Support sales conversations alongside sales engineers for discovery and service explanation
• Maintain proactive relationships with customers to uncover future opportunities and maximize revenue

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Barcelona, Spain
• Previous experience in venue sourcing or meetings & events, preferably agency background
• Good knowledge of global venue and event destinations
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills under pressure
• Confident negotiator with suppliers via telephone
• Positive, flexible attitude and team player
