What you will do

• Be the main contact for vacation rental owners in Eastern Andalucía and advise on platform usage.
• Coordinate property onboarding and assist homeowners with post-booking inquiries.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and support revenue growth.
• Analyze account data to develop solution-oriented strategies.
• Organize lead generating and networking events both remote and in-person.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in account management, tourism, or customer-oriented roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a friendly and calm demeanor.
• Near native Spanish skills and fluent English.
• Customer-centric and problem-solving attitude.
