Location: Palma de Mallorca, Spain with hybrid work policy including 2 office days per week and flexibility to work from other local offices up to 8 weeks per year.

What you will do

  • Support sales representatives in signing vacation rental owners from qualification to closing.
  • Assist account managers with onboarding new hosts and post-booking support.
  • Contribute to special campaigns to increase customer performance.
  • Support the team based on needs, including direct host communication and revenue optimization.

Requirements

  • Recently finished degree in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Location: Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
  • Near-native Spanish and fluent English skills both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Independent work attitude and excellent time management.
  • No previous experience required; newly graduated students welcome.
