What you will do

• Perform Senior Business Analyst role on complex Business & Technology Transformation Programmes, with RCGH clients.
• Bridge the gap between business and technical requirements.
• Manage small to medium-sized teams to execute mid-size program of work or of leading work streams within a larger program of work.
• Develop creative strategic solutions to solve clients’ business problems, and create accompanying execution roadmaps to implement the changes.
• Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development.
• Coach and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Senior Business Analyst experience on complex Business & Technology Transformation Programmes, with RCGH clients.
• Good understanding and expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, OMS, WMS, POS, Stores and Merchandising.
• Experience of working in a similar capacity in other Consultancy or RCGH Industries.
• Full project life-cycle experience Business Analysis - with demonstrable knowledge of different project life cycles: waterfall, agile.
• Experience of managing a small to medium sized teams to execute mid-size program of work or of leading work streams within a larger program of work.
• Has worked in a global delivery environment and with distributed teams.
