Senior Professional Services Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; ideal locations are Seattle or Atlanta near in-office teams.

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 USD annually, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout onboarding and implementation.
• Deliver projects on schedule and manage milestones, budgets, margins, risks, and customer sign-off.
• Configure and deliver hirify.global AI Agents, including Research, Revenue, Personalization, Deal, and Meeting Prep Agents.
• Drive platform adoption through go-live and post-launch services such as managed services, optimization, technical audits, and expansions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Customer Success, Education, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless handoffs and capture customer feedback.
• Improve Professional Services methodologies, assets, programs, and AI-enabled delivery workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, implementation, customer success, or a related field, ideally in SaaS.
• Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor, build customer relationships, educate stakeholders, drive adoption, and manage change.
• Experience managing projects, timelines, risks, stakeholder expectations, and customer outcomes.
• Ability to communicate credibly with analysts, managers, and executive leaders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex technical products and explain them clearly.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States.

• Hands-on experience configuring, tuning, or piloting AI agents.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent workflow design.
• Experience improving processes, methodologies, programs, or frameworks.
