What you will do

• Support sales activities to achieve pipeline and revenue targets within allocated territories or accounts.
• Develop and execute tailored sales plays to capture new market opportunities and optimize customer use of hirify.global’s platform.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand needs and inform product roadmap.
• Demonstrate hirify.global’s solutions value in customer and partner discussions.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and specialists to drive customer engagements from discovery to deployment.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Requirements

• Location: United States
• 4-10 years of professional experience with at least 4 years in sales-related roles and consistent achievement of sales objectives.
• Strong foundational knowledge of data and cloud technologies.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
