Salary: $141,000–$179,250

What you will do
- Manage and coordinate multiple engineering teams delivering platform and consumer-facing features
- Drive and define program requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans
- Balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain multi-quarter roadmaps
- Lead Agile ceremonies and reinforce best practices across teams
- Support teams in scaling delivery across complex initiatives and build trusted relationships
Requirements
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- 7+ years experience in technical program or project management roles
- Strong technical proficiency including software development, APIs, QA, or system architecture
- Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs
Nice to have
- Scrum Master or PMP certification
- Experience with automation and AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini
