Salary: $141,000–$179,250

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate multiple engineering teams delivering platform and consumer-facing features
• Drive and define program requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to maintain multi-quarter roadmaps
• Lead Agile ceremonies and reinforce best practices across teams
• Support teams in scaling delivery across complex initiatives and build trusted relationships

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• 7+ years experience in technical program or project management roles
• Strong technical proficiency including software development, APIs, QA, or system architecture
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage large, ambiguous, cross-functional programs

Nice to have

• Scrum Master or PMP certification
• Experience with automation and AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini
