TL;DR

Account Executive, Commercial (Fintech): Driving the growth and success of hirify.global by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the commercial sector with an accent on franchise model understanding, internal resources collaboration and territory management. Focus on maintaining a healthy pipeline, sourcing new opportunities, and effective territory management.

Location: Hybrid working model that requires you to be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 CAD annually (base salary). Target commission is $80,000 - $95,000 CAD annually. Expected Total Compensation: $160,000 - $190,000 CAD annually (includes base salary plus target bonus/commission).

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed Sales Quota while keeping in mind the monthly/quarterly/annual linearity goals.
  • Maintain a healthy and clean pipeline (4-5x depending on their close rate).
  • Manage the sourcing of new opportunities (by working with their sales development team members, Alliances, and self-sourcing new opportunities).
  • Maintain a healthy activity level each week/month to achieve new opportunities target (target emailing, phone prospecting, LinkedIn/social outreach).
  • Effectively manage a territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of sales experience or more.
  • Experience working in a SaaS B2B technology company.
  • Self-Starter with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong Communication skills (for both internal and external communication).
  • Team player and collaborator.
  • Understanding of Territory planning and account segmentation.
  • Ability to qualify inbound leads or outbound prospect target prospect accounts.
