What you will do
- Own end-to-end quantitative research initiatives from scoping to actionable recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams.
- Embed quantitative research into product strategy and advocate for user needs.
- Analyze complex data sources to build evidence-based user insights.
- Mentor peers and refine research methods to increase impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in quantitative user, product, or market research.
- Expertise in survey methods, statistical analysis, and empirical research applications.
- Proficiency in statistical programming (R preferred) and SQL for data integration.
- Ability to communicate compelling narratives using quantitative data and visualizations.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with strong judgment on research depth and speed.
- Collaborative communicator skilled at cross-functional partnership and alignment.
