UX Researcher (Product)

TL;DR

UX Researcher (Product): Designing, conducting, analyzing, and presenting various types of user research to provide actionable insights for product teams with an accent on qualitative and quantitative methods. What you will do

• Design, conduct, analyze, and present different types of user research including usability studies, interviews, and surveys.
• Collaborate proactively with designers, product owners, and analytics to identify research questions yielding actionable insights.
• Collect and analyze data from qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Provide product teams and stakeholders with research recommendations and product hypotheses.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-cycle user research.
• Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills for conducting user interviews and representing user voice.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate or higher (fluent communication with US-based users is a must).

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS or R.
• Experience facilitating collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
• Portfolio showcasing previous research work.
