Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,876 and EUR 8,395

What you will do

• Define and maintain process standards, aligning with new ways of working, regulations, and global stakeholders.
• Provide and maintain process documentation and working instructions, supporting process stakeholders with advice.
• Maintain global process policies and verify process design and implementation for compliance.
• Act as the first contact for internal and external audits, explaining process design and providing compliance evidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Global knowledge of IT Service Management principles, processes, and tooling.
• Global knowledge of IT technology, development, and operations.
• Fluency in English is a must, Dutch is preferred.
• Analytic and well-organized, able to manage a global playing field with many stakeholders.

• Knowledge of hirify.global organization, culture, and ways of working (S@S, Agile DevOps, etc.).
